 Guilty? VIRGINIA NORTH (Catholic Online) - Chesterfield police have identified the victim as 70-year-old Jack Redmond.
Redmond was an animal lover who kept numerous pets including cats, fish, turtles, lizards and snakes. On Monday, his wife contacted police around 3 pm to report she had found her husband dead along with what appeared to be a snake bite on his hand. The pet snake was not identified, but family members said it was venomous.
