Smith is expected to plead not guilty by reason of insanity to charges associated with speeding recklessly with two children including an 8-month-old girl and an 11-year-old boy in the car. Police say she was travelling on I-95 north in Stafford, VA in excess of 100 MPH when she nearly rear-ended a police cruiser. She was also driving erratically and nearly struck a road sign and a semi truck. When police questioned her, she said she was possessed by evil spirits and that she hadn\'t had her medication for two days. She added that the evil spirits were telling her to flee Virginia.
